Za\u0159adil jsem toti\u017e do sv\u00e9ho cvi\u010debn\u00edho programu i cviky pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed z\u00e1dov\u00fdch a b\u0159i\u0161n\u00edch sval\u016f. Probl\u00e9my s bolestmi zad, v oblasti bedern\u00ed \u010di kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e, velmi \u010dasto souvis\u00ed s vadn\u00fdm dr\u017een\u00edm t\u011bla v d\u016fsledku nedostatku vhodn\u00e9ho pohybu. Dnes tomu nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 i sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a \u010dast\u00e9 j\u00edzdy autem. M\u016fj kamar\u00e1d to dot\u00e1hl do absurdn\u00edho konce a\u017e tak, \u017ee nam\u00edsto p\u011b\u0161\u00ed ch\u016fze do obchodu s potravinami pro b\u011b\u017en\u00fd n\u00e1kup, kter\u00e1 zabrala necel\u00fdch p\u011bt minut, jezdil na n\u00e1kup autem.Ochabov\u00e1n\u00ed svalstva trupu m\u016f\u017ee vyvol\u00e1vat deformace a bolesti p\u00e1te\u0159e pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee svalov\u00fd korzet nefunguje tak, jak by m\u011bl, a na p\u00e1te\u0159 tak p\u016fsob\u00ed velk\u00e9 s\u00edly. Cvi\u010d\u00ed se s pomoc\u00ed pru\u017en\u00e9ho lana a c\u00edlem cvi\u010den\u00ed SM syst\u00e9m je pr\u00e1v\u011b zpevnit svalov\u00fd korzet, zlep\u0161it koordinaci pohybu a tak\u00e9 vytrvalost. Zkr\u00e1tka navr\u00e1tit organismu to p\u0159irozen\u00e9, co mu n\u00e1le\u017e, tedy pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 svalstvo. Spir\u00e1ln\u00ed stabilizac\u00ed se tak\u00e9 prot\u00e1hne p\u00e1te\u0159 vzh\u016fru a t\u00edm se i zlep\u0161\u00ed dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jeho pohybov\u00fd rozsah.
